Free Annual Blood Draw
H2U members receive an annual free blood draw and lab work event, generally offered during the fall season. Lab results are mailed to members' homes. Members are encouraged to forward results to their physician. The lab benefits are valued at more than $250 and include these:
- Lipid panel
- Potassium
- Glucose
- Hemogram
- Cholesterol
- Triglycerides
- Sodium
- Prostate (PSA) for men
- Blood pressure
Health and Wellness Programs
H2U membership allows you to participate in a variety of health and wellness activities offered on a weekly and monthly basis in Weber County. All events are offered at an affordable cost to H2U members. A monthly H2U newsletter, mailed to member homes, describes offerings in detail.
Exercise Classes:
- Tai chi and yoga
- Discount on Wasatch Therapy exercise classes and equipment room use, 801.479.9865.
- Water Aerobics at Adventure West Scuba, 1875 Skyline Drive, South Ogden, 801.476.1300.
Bring own towel, and please don't wear makeup or lotion. Punch pass is $50 for 10 visits or $5 per class. Size limit is 10. Enjoy class in our 89-degree heated pool. To pre-register, call Linda at 801.479.2019.- 10:15 to 11 a.m, Tuesday and Thursday

- No water aerobics classes in June, July and August. Classes resume in September.
